1. Introduction

Welcome to the Wyuna Botanicals ‘The Complete Collection’ competition. By entering this competition, participants agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. Please read these carefully.

2. Eligibility

The competition is open to all residents aged 18 and over. Employees of Wyuna Botanicals, their family members, or anyone else connected to the company or competition in any way are not eligible to enter.

3. Competition Period

The competition commences on Thursday, 24 October 2024 and concludes on Friday, 29 November 2024, at 11:59 PM AEST. Entries submitted after this period will not be considered.

4. How to Enter

To enter, participants must subscribe to the Wyuna Botanicals email database during the competition period. No purchase is necessary. Each email address subscribed constitutes one entry to the draw.

5. The Prize

The prize consists of ‘The Complete Collection’ from Wyuna Botanicals, valued at $227.95. The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available. The prize is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

6. Winner Selection

One winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place on Monday, 2 December 2024.

7. Winner Notification

The winner will be notified by email within 7 days of the draw date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

8. Privacy

Participants’ information will be used in accordance with our privacy policy, primarily for the purposes of managing entries and marketing, if consent is provided.

9. General

Wyuna Botanicals reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these Terms and Conditions without notice in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or circumstances outside of Wyuna Botanicals’ control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

10. Liability

Wyuna Botanicals cannot be held responsible for entries not received for whatever reason. Furthermore, Wyuna Botanicals shall not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations where the failure is caused by something outside its reasonable control.

11. Agreement

Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
