Make it a regular thing – because why not.


Have a spa night at home

There’s nothing better than a spa night at home. Run a bath and add epsom salts made from magnesium sulphate, which heIps unwind and promote a deep restful sleep. If you don’t have a bath, put your feet in a bucket of water and add epsom salts.
